Oude liefde roest niet, ik had er zin in weer eens iets met glas te doen, ik heb dit dienblad ingelegd met glas en mozaieksteentjes het heeft wat tijd gekost maar het was fijn weer met mozaiek bezig te zijn. Inspiratiebron was een oud glas in lood patroon....

Aloha, Mahalo!

Voor een wedstrijd met het thema Oceanië probeerde ik het cliché beeld te gebruiken maar iets diepers mee te geven. De surfplank heeft zijn oorsprong daar, de haai komt vaak in Hawaiiaanse verhalen voor en de dans en de zon zijn er ook heel belangrijk....
